Working full-time within a team of analysts and consultants, the consultant is in charge of projects, mandates and developing activities relating to business process analysis and setting up strategies and new business solutions.

PRIMARY Responsibilities

Ensure the collection of data necessary for analysing the client’s context and needs, or its business processes; advise and accompany clients in planning, developing, carrying out and following up on the various mandates under their responsibility; identify and analyze needs at the start of the project, and the scope of the project as well as possible solutions; implement continuous improvement tools and the development of solutions; create test strategies to ensure consistency between the needs expressed, the strategies adopted and the solutions implemented; develop indicators and methods to track performance; collect data and measurements in mandate to track performance indicators in order to identify problems and make necessary recommendations; ensure the facilitation of problem-solving workshops.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess: a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or in administration; a minimum of five (5) years of work experience relating to the position; knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma method; solid skills in the Office software suite (Advanced Power Point, Excel, Word); an interest in and knowledge of the service sector; mobility (the capacity to travel regularly in the Montreal region or outside of Montreal); fluency in spoken and written French.
