Sylvia Gilbert is an industrial engineer with Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification by the ASQ. Currently, she is enrolled in Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification through the University of Ohio. After over 16 years of work in the area of process quality and optimization, she now advises the boards of directors of large Quebec clients in creating strategic deployment plans for continuous improvement. Prior to co-founding Mindcore, Sylvia worked with international organizations dedicated to improving productivity. Throughout her career, she has occupied a variety of team-management positions aiming to set up best operation practices. With her impressive track record in big business, she now puts her extensive professional knowledge to use for the greatest good of her clients.
