Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
At Service conseil Mindcore, our strength lies in optimizing your business processes. We intervene primarily in service-based organizations using proven techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and industrial engineering. Our customized training programs meet the specific needs of each company, with some of our training available online.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply to all sales concluded on the website www.mindcore-conseil.com, owned by Service conseil Mindcore, and to navigation thereof, subject to specific conditions indicated in the presentation of products.
To make a purchase and access protected content on the site, the User, defined herein as the person and/or organization that uses and/or navigates on the website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), must enable “cookies”.
Essential Characteristics of Products and Services Sold
Service conseil Mindcore, through its website www.mindcore-conseil.com, offers Users:
- Online training content
- Support materials (files, videos, and/or PDF documents)
- Classroom training
- Personalized coaching hours
Pricing and Currency
The prices of our training and/or products are quoted in Canadian currency and exclude all applicable taxes. The total price of your order, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before completing the transaction.
Product and/or Training Availability
Products and/or training appearing on Service conseil Mindcore’s website are presumed to be available. If a User has ordered a product and/or training that is no longer available after order validation, the User will be notified. We will then proceed to cancel the purchase. If the amount had already been debited from the User’s account, the User will be refunded in full, without penalty or administrative fees. Please note that the User will not be refunded for the value of materials that have already been accessed.
Order
Users may order our products and/or training directly on our website at any time or by telephone at 450-416-3500 Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
To place an order on our site, the User must make their selection, choose items, and add them to the cart. Before completing the order, the User must ensure they validate the contents of their cart.
If the User already has a customer account on our site, they will be invited to log in to complete the transaction.
If the User does not have a customer account on our site, they will be invited to create one.
Prior to order acceptance, it is the User’s responsibility to verify all details and the total amount of the order. The User may correct any errors before final order approval.
The User must read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
The User must select the payment method and check the box accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
Validate the payment.
The User will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided when creating their customer account.
With regard to online training and online accessible materials, these will be made available to the User only when full payment of the order has been received and approved. (Accessible immediately if paid by credit card)
With regard to special offers and certain products and/or training such as the “Green Belt and Black Belt Program,” Users have the option to pay in two (2) installments without additional fees. Upon receipt of payment covering the value of online materials, as applicable, the User will then have access to the materials. The balance due will be payable before the start of the first day of training of the first block; if not, the User will not be able to attend the training before full payment is made.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods. As a User, you have the option to pay by:
- Credit card
- Check
Please note that we accept Visa/Mastercard. For credit card payments made online, the User will be asked to provide their credit card number, expiration date, the 3-digit verification number on the back of the card, and the mailing address of the cardholder. Online payment is processed using Paysafe technology and is secure.
We accept check payments for all orders.

Payment is processed upon receipt of the check.
Order Processing
For payments other than those made by credit card, upon receipt of the User’s payment, we proceed to activate their online product and reserve their seat for classroom training. If we do not receive payment within ten (10) days, we will be obliged to cancel the User’s order. The check will be returned to the User upon receipt.
